Tranquility and peace are the gifts of the water element. Water and winter can be tough, it can bring up fear, a sense of loss, anxiety, or hopelessness. But through gentle awareness, we can learn to safely engage with fear, and find a bridge to lasting serenity and peace.

- Metal and water element qigong forms

In this course we will draw from both the ancient Chinese Body Clock and current scientific perspectives on sleep cycles and circadian rhythms to:

- understand our unique energy signature

- evaluate our energy levels through the day and week

- find rest within the work, avoiding burn out

- plan our schedule in line with our natural energy dips and peaks following the Chinese Body Clock and your circadian rhythm / chronotype (I will give you tools to analyse these across the week).
