The Immune System

In this 5 day course we explore the many techniques and practices from qigong designed to help support healthy immune system function and keep you feeling well, nourished, and energised.

Practices include moving forms developed to promote the movement of lymphatic fluid, healthy blood flow to tissues and organs, and meditations for improving mental resilience.

Qigong Breathing

In this 5 day course we will explore simple, short yet powerful qigong sequences to mobilise the body and free up energy pathways (meridians/nādīs).

You will learn how to prepare the body for breath work (prānāyāma), specific breathing techniques taken from ancient Chinese practices and why a daily breathing practice can release huge amounts of energy, feelings of vitality and improved happiness.

The 5 Chinese Elements

In this course we explore the 5 Element Theory, a beautiful concept that helps to find balance in the body, mind and soul through balancing 5 elemental forces: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water.

In this course we'll explore practices for each element. We'll also look to identify where we might individually have imbalances, and then prescribe specific practices for each of you in your own time to develop a mini personal practice.
