RELEASE WAIVER AND BOOKING TERMS

BOOKINGS

A non-refundable deposit of £800 is required with this booking form to secure your place. Full payment is due by July 5th, 2026. If booking within 12 weeks of the start date, payment in full is required upon booking.

PAYMENTS

Payment can be made by bank transfer. Rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Please indicate your room preference and we will do our best to accommodate it. Bank details will be provided upon registration.

CANCELLATIONS

Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend. Spaces are limited and the following policy applies: The full amount paid minus the deposit (£800) will be refunded if you cancel 90 or more days before the retreat start date. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 90 days of the retreat start date.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly encourage all participants to arrange comprehensive travel insurance prior to the retreat.

LIABILITY

JRY Coaching LLC-FZ (the "Organiser") does not accept liability for:

• Cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist action or threats, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, closure of airports, staff cancellations, weather conditions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

• Participants' medical or psychiatric conditions which develop during or subsequent to the retreat.

• Loss of or damage to participants' personal property.

If you have experienced any major physical or emotional illness within the past five years, or are currently under medical or psychiatric supervision, you must disclose this at the time of booking and provide a doctor's certificate of fitness to travel where appropriate. Failure to disclose relevant information may cancel our contractual obligation to you.

HEALTH AND PARTICIPATION DECLARATION

By submitting this booking form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Participation in yoga, mobility training, fitness activities and other retreat sessions involves physical movement and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, illness, or aggravation of pre-existing conditions.

• I confirm that I am voluntarily participating in all retreat activities and that I am physically and medically fit to do so. I accept that it is my responsibility to consult a medical professional if I have any concerns regarding my health or ability to participate.

• I understand that I am responsible for monitoring my own physical condition throughout the retreat and agree to practise within my personal limits. I will immediately stop any activity and inform the instructor if I experience pain, dizziness, discomfort or any other symptoms.

• I acknowledge that all participation in yoga classes, workshops, movement sessions and other physical activities during the retreat is entirely voluntary.

• I understand that during yoga and movement sessions the instructor may offer verbal guidance or hands-on adjustments to support alignment, posture or movement. Receiving physical adjustments is entirely voluntary and I may decline at any time, without the need to give a reason.

• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, loss or damage arising from my voluntary participation in retreat activities.

• I agree to release, waive and hold harmless JRY Coaching LLC-FZ, its instructors, assistants and the retreat venue from any liability for injury, loss, damage or expenses arising from my participation in retreat activities, except where such liability results directly from gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

• I acknowledge that the retreat venue operates independently and that the Organiser is not responsible for the condition of the premises or for incidents arising from the venue's own operation.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. By submitting this booking form, you agree to this jurisdiction as a condition of booking.

By submitting this booking form, I confirm that I have read, understood and agreed to these Booking Terms, Liability Waiver and Health Declaration in full.
