BOOKINGS:
A non-refundable deposit of £800 is required with this booking form to secure your place. Full payment is due by July 5th, 2026. If booking within 12 weeks of start date payment in full will be required upon booking.

PAYMENTS:
Payment can be made by check or bank transfer. Rooms available on first come basis. Please indicate preference for room, and we will do our best to meet your request. 
Bank details or information on sending a cheque for paying your deposit and balance will be provided to you upon registration. 

CANCELLATIONS:
Please let me know as soon as possible if something comes up and you cannot attend the retreat. Spaces are limited so the following applies: The full amount you've paid minus the deposit (£800) will be refunded if you cancel 90 days BEFORE the start of the retreat. If you cancel WITHIN 90 days of the retreat, no refund will be issued.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly encourage you to take out travel insurance ahead of this trip.

LIABILITY:
We do not accept any liability for:

• Cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations, weather or other events beyond our control. Please have travel insurance.

• Participants' medical or psychiatric conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the holiday.

• Loss of, or damage to, personal property of participants.

• If you have had any major physical or emotional illness within the past 5 years, or are under medical or psychiatric supervision, you must notify us of the details at the time of booking and, where appropriate, enclose a doctor's certificate of fitness to travel.  Non-disclosure of relevant information can invalidate your insurance and cancel our contractual obligation to you.

By submitting this booking form and participating in the retreat, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Participation in yoga, mobility training, fitness activities and other retreat sessions involves physical movement and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, illness, or aggravation of pre-existing conditions.

• I confirm that I am voluntarily participating in all retreat activities and that I am physically and medically fit to do so. I agree that it is my responsibility to consult a medical professional if I have any concerns regarding my health or ability to participate.

• I understand that I am responsible for monitoring my own physical condition throughout the retreat and I agree to practice within my personal limits. I will immediately stop any activity and inform the instructor if I experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or any other symptoms.

• I acknowledge that all participation in yoga classes, workshops, movement sessions and other physical activities during the retreat is entirely voluntary.

• I understand that during yoga classes the instructor may offer verbal guidance or physical adjustments (hands-on assists) to support alignment, posture or movement. I acknowledge that receiving physical adjustments is entirely voluntary. I may decline any adjustment at any time.

• If I choose to receive a physical adjustment, I accept full responsibility for my participation and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with physical contact and movement during yoga practice.

• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of my participation in retreat activities.

• I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless the retreat organiser, instructors, assistants, and the retreat venue from any liability for injury, loss, damage, or expenses arising from my participation in retreat activities, except where such liability results from gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

• I also acknowledge that the retreat venue operates independently and that the organiser is not responsible for the condition of the premises or for incidents arising from the operation of the venue.

• By submitting this booking form, I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to this Liability Waiver and Health Declaration.
